The agreement
These terms are between you and SHIELD by Red Watch (“Shield”), the service you are creating an account to use.
You create your electronic signature once, after your name and email are already on the account. It is applied to a document only when you confirm that document. Confirming one document does not sign a later one.
What you are signing
The signed copy shows your name, the date, and your signature. If you belong to a company, that company’s name is on the copy as well.
If you do not belong to a company, signing includes your agreement that companies you work with, and Shield, may see the details on your profile.
Your copy
A copy is kept on your profile under Agreement. You can open it. You cannot delete it.
Shield keeps a copy for the platform administrator. If you belong to a company, that company’s administrator also keeps a copy. This is done once. You are not asked to sign the same version again.
Your account
You cannot finish creating an account, and an existing account cannot continue after this version is introduced, until this agreement is signed.
You are responsible for the activity on your account. You will keep your sign-in details private and tell your company or Shield if you think someone else is using them.
Use of Shield
Shield is for work records: people, sites, reports, qualifications and the other records your company or your profile holds. You will enter information that is true as far as you know, and you will not use the service to harm another person or to break the law.
Shield may suspend access where an account is being misused or where a company is no longer active.
